They are pretty helpful, and didn't give me any trouble when I had to return things without a receipt. I got my store credit and went right over to heating aisle where I was helped with finding a radiator key. Then straight up the check out where the same nice gal that did my return had a check out line open. She was about to be "closed" but she let me slide through real quick because she remembered me from the return.
I would hope they take heed and listen but I have not seen any improvement since I been make personal complaint to managers about 6 months now.. So I should take my business elsewhere for better treatment.. It was so amazingly wonderful. The staff was so very helpful.We called ahead to see if the item we needed was in stock and it was.
